What we collect

Nothing personal. Chompy Arcade has no accounts, sign-ups, contact forms, chat, comments, or leaderboards where you type in a name. We never ask for your name, email, age, location, or photos.

No tracking, no ads

• We don't use cookies to follow you or identify you.
• We don't use analytics services (like Google Analytics), advertising networks, or social media widgets.
• Everything on this site, including fonts and code, is served from our own site. Your browser doesn't contact other companies when you play here.

Game saves on your device

Some games may save things like high scores or settings in your browser's local storage so they're still there next time. That information stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it anytime by clearing your browser's site data.

Our hosting provider

This site is hosted by DigitalOcean. Like almost every web host, their servers may automatically keep short-term technical logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) to keep the service running and secure. We don't use those logs to identify or track visitors, and we don't combine them with any other information.

Children's privacy

Chompy Arcade is made for kids and families. Because we don't collect personal information from anyone, we don't collect it from children under 13 either. If you believe a child has somehow sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

If this statement ever changes, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
